Process Analyst (f/m/d)*
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and analyze business processes, identify opportunities for automation and intelligent workflow improvements
- Design and map business processes in collaboration with Product and Business Analysts, focusing on workflow optimization and automation opportunities
- Be the champion and expert for SAP Signavio BPM tooling to assist in the transformation of traditional ways of process design
- Work in an agile environment, facilitating backlog refinement, sprint planning, and iterative development
- Assess business process performance and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights
- Support project and change initiatives through process analysis, documentation, process mapping, and stakeholder coordination
- Develop documentation that supports business processes and project delivery
- Collaborate with academic staff and technology teams to incorporate stakeholder and student feedback into continuous improvement initiatives
Your strengths and skills:
- A degree in Business Informatics or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in process modelling and optimization
- Professional experience with BPMN 2.0 and in larger digital transformation initiatives (e.g. IT or change projects)
- Proficiency with process mapping tools (e.g., SAP Signavio or a similar tool)
- Understanding of systems and integration awareness
- English skills on minimum level C1 (German skills are an asset)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; strong interpersonal and active listening skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders; a highly organized, structured, proactive, and curious mindset with the ability to quickly learn to use new technology solutions

Competitive compensation starting from € 50.000 yearly gross salary.
