Study Program Coordinator (f/m/d) *
30h part-time | On-site in Linz (AT)
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Coordinate courses, faculty, and program administration.
- Ensure teaching quality, compliance with academic standards, and continuous improvement.
- Support the Program Committee Chair in curriculum development and strategic alignment.
- Manage the program’s budget and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Facilitate communication, represent the program, and support marketing efforts.
Your strengths and skills:
- Master or doctoral degree in Learning, Learning psychology, Computer Science, Technology, Pedagogy or related field.
- Experience in higher education administration and program management.
- Knowledge of academic standards, quality assurance, and budgeting.
- Experience in marketing and promoting educational programs is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent communication in English and German on minimum level C1
