Learning Operations Coordinator (f/m/d) *

Shape the Future of Graduate Education! As a Learning Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in building and delivering exceptional learning experiences for Master’s and PhD students at a brand-new technical university. This is a unique opportunity to bring your organizational talent, people skills, and passion for education to a place where your ideas and contributions truly matter. 

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Organize and coordinate teaching and learning activities across study programs.
  • Work hand-in-hand with study affairs staff to plan academic sessions, student events, and key learning experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with professors and educators to ensure seamless teaching logistics.
  • Drive smooth operational processes, from communication workflows to academic administration.
  • Help refine and improve our learning operations as we grow—your input will shape how we work

Your strengths and skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or completed vocational training (or equivalent experience) in Business Administration, Education Management, Operations, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years in study/registrar administration, academic scheduling or complex  planning in higher education.
  • A natural talent for organizing, structuring, and keeping track of details. 
  • Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships.
  • A collaborative mindset that thrives in diverse academic and administrative teams.
  • A proactive, service-oriented approach—you enjoy helping others succeed.
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without losing accuracy. 
  • Excellent English skills on minimum Level C1

Competitive compensation starting from € 44.800 yearly gross salary, with the possibility of overpayment based on qualifications and experience.
